Context
Maxi Healthcare is a cross-platform mobile app for finding and requesting in-home healthcare services. Customers can browse available Home Care and Home Nursing offerings, tailor a request to their needs, follow its progress, manage payment-card details, and review completed care. The client is built with React Native and Expo Router and currently communicates with the hosted Maxi Healthcare REST API.
What’s in the build
- Browse Home Care and Home Nursing services and their hourly rates.
- Select one or more care activities, including a custom-needs option.
- Choose a preferred caregiver gender.
- Configure a weekly schedule, start date, and service duration.
- Review the request summary and calculated estimated cost before submitting.
- Create an account with email verification, sign in, persist a session, and refresh authentication tokens.
- Recover an account through the forgot/reset-password flow.
- Track requested, accepted, ongoing, and completed services from the home dashboard.
- View active-service details, schedules, duration, caregiver information, and cost.
- Cancel eligible service requests and request a completed service again.
- Receive push notifications when service status changes.
- Add, replace, and remove a Stripe-backed payment card.
- Update profile information or deactivate an account.
- Rate and review completed services.
