Resource licences

Unless a resource says otherwise, one purchaser may use it in personal and commercial end projects, modify it for those projects, and create finished work for clients.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or publish the source files as a competing resource, including modified versions whose main value remains the original asset. Team, multi-user and educational sharing require a licence that expressly allows it.

Software may have device, account, update or activation terms shown on its product page. Third-party fonts, footage, music, plugins or trademarks remain subject to their respective owners’ licences and are not relicensed by KDV Studios.

Purchasing grants a limited licence, not ownership of the underlying resource. A licence may end if its terms are materially breached; distributed end projects created while the licence was valid are unaffected unless the resource-specific terms state otherwise.
