The brief
You fill in the brief form. I read it and come back within 1 business day.
The form is built to extract everything I need before any work starts: your product, audience, the before and after state, visual references and budget. No discovery call needed upfront. References and brand assets upload straight from the form, so nothing arrives as a chased-up email attachment later.

Your quote
A line-by-line quote arrives by email, with the terms attached.
The quote lists every deliverable with its price, the split between deposit and balance, and how many revision rounds are included. The contract terms are on the same page, versioned, so the exact wording you agree to stays recoverable later even after the terms change. The link is yours alone and is held open for 14 days.

Accept and pay the deposit
Accepting the quote creates your project and takes you straight to the deposit.
One click records the agreement against the version of the terms you read, creates the project with its milestone timeline, and opens checkout. Card, bank transfer and USSD, in naira or dollars. Your receipt and invoice PDF are issued automatically once the payment is verified, and your portal account is ready the moment it clears.

Pre-production, directly
I confirm the direction with you, then send the script and storyboard through email or chat.
Creative decisions work better in a normal conversation than a project-management tool. I confirm the goal, key features and call to action directly with you, then send the script and boards through the channel we are already using. The portal simply records where the work is: scripting in progress, storyboarding in progress, or ready for review.

Voice, sound and animation
I prepare the audio and animation while your portal shows the live production status.
Voice-over, soundtrack and animation decisions stay in the same direct conversation. Your portal stays deliberately quiet: it shows the active stage and tells you when a review cut is ready, without asking you to keep checking separate workspaces.

Review and revisions
A watermarked preview appears in your portal for you to approve or send back with one clear revision request.
The review cut streams in your portal, watermarked with your own email address so a leaked recording identifies where it came from. You either approve it or send a revision round: one consolidated set of notes, timestamps welcome. Two rounds are included and the counter is on the page, so you always know where you stand. A further round is a fixed price you can buy on the spot rather than something to argue about.

Approve and settle the balance
Approving moves the project to final payment. Paying unlocks the clean files.
The remaining balance is due on approval, not before. It is the same checkout as the deposit and issues the same automatic invoice. The moment the payment is verified, the watermark comes off and the clean masters unlock in your portal. Nothing is held back manually and nothing waits on me being awake.

Delivery, and it stays yours
Download everything from your portal. It does not expire.
The master export at full resolution, every social format cut, and the source project files where your quote includes them. Ownership transfers to you in full on final payment. Your portal keeps the files, both invoices and the exact terms you agreed to, so you can come back to any of it months later without asking me for a re-send.
